Q: What is the current status of my order?
A: To view order updates and status, please visit the Order Tracking page. If you have an account, Login to view your full order history, status updates and tracking details. We also send order updates and tracking numbers to your email address on file.
Q: I do not know my account password and cannot login or create a new order.
A: Please reset your password. Enter your email address and our system will send you a verification email. If you haven’t received the email within 5 minutes, check your junk mail folder. If you continue to have problems, please get in touch with us using the form below and we’ll get it sorted out!
Q: Where can I find installation instructions?
A: You can download them from My Account. You can also find them in your order confirmation email and on your packing slip.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Please contact us for international shipping options outside of the United States.
If you are within the USA but not within the 48 Contiguous States, you’ll need to choose one of the “Invoice me” options during checkout. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Military Bases, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and other off-shore insular areas. Shipping charges are not automatically calculated. When we have your shipping quote ready, we will send you an invoice via email along with a link to pay for shipping and finalize your order.
Q: Do you take orders over the phone?
A: All orders are processed on our website for your security and convenience. Thank you for helping us keep our prices low by ordering online!
